Early early morning lift and run

Comments:
Lift was 6:30 to 7:30 today, which cut off a bit of sleep time despite my best efforts to get to bed on time. Lift was mostly aerobic and body-weight based activities (squat jumps, ab roller, box jumps, ...lots more I don't remember). After, I felt pretty tired and my left calf felt like a brick so I kept the run short. Felt pretty good aside from my calf not warming up until about half way into the run. BUT, I'm coming home tonight so I'm excited to run the paths back home! Yay dirt paths!
