Comments:
Felt alright at the first 1000 but then the next one we went out fast and that threw me off for the rest of the workout. I was really slow at the fourth one but then I slowly started to keep up with the group again. The 400's were pretty easy for the most part. I later found out through research that trying to make up for a bad workout was a bad idea and I think that is the reason why I have not been good with workouts this week.
