I decided to do sets of 10 minutes since I look like I'm drowning any longer than that. It was really good, I got into the groove of it pretty quickly. I did 4 sets of 10 minutes with a minute rest.
The ten minutes was broken up into 2 minute warm up, 1 minute hard 30 seconds easy (4 times) and then 2 minute cool down. After the whole 4 minute set I did 5 minutes medium effort while chatting with Stacey.
