Comments:
I felt horrible during this run. I got a cramp within 20 seconds of the run and it stayed the whole first half of the run. I kept getting a cramp in the same spot the whole day, but I don't know why. I felt like shit. This run felt harder than it should have. I guess I didn't hydrate well after the race and didn't get enough sleep because of homework. I just need to recover so I can get in some quality work this week. My mile times were 8:50, 7:58, 7:29, 7:30, 8:09, and 8:07 pace.
