Weather wasn't too bad. I think I ran really well. I definitely ran faster in this workout than the past workouts similar to this. I really wanted to push myself, but I did a good job of it. I did a decent job of pushing myself the last rep. I was running the last rep by myself so that is good. Last really hard fast run before regionals. I feel good about this run. My hard rep times were 5:39, 5:35, 5:30, 5:26, 5:46, 5:34. 3 reps to Stella Link and 3 reps back. Good workout. Showing improvement. I know I can run fast, but nobody believes I can. I am the only one who knows that I have underperformed the past few races. I know exactly what I am doing wrong. I need to attack this regional race and prove everyone wrong. The slow rep times were 8:46, 8:11, 9:27, 8:54, and 8:59.
