Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The weather was ok, but very sunny. This wasn't the best of runs, but it was decent. I kept trying to slow myself down the first 2 mile to make sure it was easy. I am starting my taper today. I started to find myself slowing, but then the last mile I picked it up just a little bit. Overall, I didn't feel amazing, but I got in some easy miles. My mile times were 7:43, 7:47, 7:43, and 7:26. I did 2 100 meter sprints after. They weren't fast times, but there were a lot of cars on my street and I had a hard run yesterday. I can't expect much. I will be doing the same workout tomorrow, but with more strides.
