Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This is my 2nd run w/in a 12 hr time frame (b/c of work schedule) so this 2nd one should be a lot worse. I think it went really well though. My first 2 and last 2 miles were at the lower end of my pace zone. Then for the really hilly (mile 3-4) part my pace obviously slowed down. Anyway long story short no problems and good run. Felt faster than the watch said but I think the time is slower b/c of the hills.
