No run today. I left work early having trouble with bowl movements. Despite only running 4 days this week I was able to still have a mileage increase. This was due to the longer runs I have been putting in. But the weeks of 4 day running weeks is over. I need to get out there at least 5 days a week, even if it is just to get in some miles. I should still break 100 miles this month and be able to have a good November and a great December!
