"long" run

Comments:
11 today for the last long-ish run before the marathon. felt like just another easy run compared to other long runs. took the first 8 pretty easy, then picked it up for the last 3 or so. about 6:15 pace and felt effortless. i was a little nervous during this week as the race gets closer, but today was very encouraging.

ran into tony about 4 miles out, and he ran with me for a while. i'm glad we got to run together. just really nice to catch up.
