Comments:
Thought it was a good race, despite some confusion on race times, Improved speed rating a little. I feel like the season ended too early, as always, Disappointed with the season as a whole. I didn't improve all season by any great margin. I trained all summer and worked my butt off. I got 9 on the team for the time trail and I thought, huh, maybe I finally be top 5 JV, afterward things didn't pan out. The talk about mental thought was a great turning point for me, on how to hold myself up mentally during a race. sometimes I feel that If I had heard this earlier, before the season, I could have done so much better that I did. But hey, gotta stay positive. New goal for track, 4:50 mile :)
