Weather: 50, getting a little cold towards the end
Comments:
My run would be my reward to myself for finishing homework. That took until 9pm, but here it is. I was having quite a bit of fun for the first half hour, but then started getting a little cold. Form was smooth. 15 minutes of strength work at home: 3x50 crunches alternating with 3x25 pushups, 20 supermen, 20 calf raises per leg, Peter Silverman mountain climbers for a minute, flutter kicks for a minute, 1:30 arm swings with five pound weights, 40 second prone plank to finish.
