"flat and rolling hills"

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Rusty said that the run in the afternoon was going to be nothing more than "flat and rolling hills." This run was anything but flat and rolling hills. The whole way was rocky and steep. The way out was mostly downhill, but that didn't make things any easier. I had to watch my step because if I didn't, I would have fallen flat on my face. I almost did quite a few times. And on the way back, the hills were so steep, everyone that I saw walked up at least some of the really steep parts. This was one of the hardest runs I've done, but I don't know if I would consider it a complete run. It was really more of a hike with some running.
