Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Crisp and clear for the south

I've developed a routine that seems to be working and keeps me functioning as a responsible adult. Basically this involves doing all my chores on Sunday. I do laundry, cook, and clean all on Sunday it takes up most of my day but also I just flow form one activity to the next and it all works out. Unfortanatly if I happen to be gone for the weekend the whole things goes to shit and a flounder like chaff in the wind.

Started off with a solid "long run". THis is the long run for where I'm at right now. Felt decent. Legs tired though. Similar to yesterday. I don't think golf is that physically taxing (look at John Daley) but maybe I should think more about it physically than I have been. Good run though.

SOlid Laundry sesh, I've started watching Cosmos then folded while watching the United Chlsea game. Cooked pork loins with spice rub and quinoa and vegetable salad for myself. And of course finished with chocolate chip cookies. Solid week of foods.
