Monday's and Thursday's I really can't get into the pool. I jumped on the bike, and zoned out. I got the t.v. show going and set out to do an hour. The last 15 minutes was the worst!

The RPM never dropped below 92. Average Heart rate was 165. (Lower than usual but I can't decide if that that's good or not) Levels between 5-7 (usually 6)
