Comments:
I'm ready to get back to it after basically two weeks off of serious running. I'm eyeing the Schaumburg Half Marathon at the end of November. I have about 4 weeks to get ready - I'm thinking I will concentrate more on speed because I should have the endurance pretty well locked down.
