Great run today! I felt smooth and fluid the entire run and did a really good job at keeping an honest pace during the first half. I focused a lot more on driving and pushing rather than an unnatural stride that I felt I had last time I did this run
This week has been exactly the same. I was two minutes faster this week on this run than last week but still 1minute off my best!
