Pool Run.

Comments:
I jumped in the pool with Erin! So it was super nice having someone with me! We did 10 minutes warm up, 6x2min hard 30 seconds off, 5 minutes medium effort, 6x2min hard 30 seconds off, 15 minute cool down. Didn't stop running, or take breaks. It was pretty good.

I lifted later in the day with Little Lindsey. Bench pressed with 10 pounds on each side!
