Coach wanted us to sign up for the 5k today so I decided that I might as well do it. Didn't want too race all out so i just did a tempo workout which felt good doing. I sort of wished I raced it now but I wasn't really prepared (not hydrated too well, didn't have much to eat, just got up an hour before the race) so I'm pretty happy.
