Comments:
Today was a challenging but rewarding day.
Initially, I was quite worried (not because of the imminent pan) but because all of the people of my speed in my group (pencils) were absent. IT was just me, Will Beal, and Jared Goldstein. We did 8 striders, and 4, 4, 16, 4, 4 (1 lap cool-downs). I'm satisfied with my 400 times, and very pleased with my mile time, as it bodes well for how much faster my next 5k could be. Overall though, I am proud of myself for not losing focus or pacing even when I was consistently at the back of the pack (for the 400,'s at least).
