Weather: 50s and wet
Comments:
Ran with Sharpie boys down Brandywine and back up to Ft. Reno. Then timed a workout and did one half of The hill at the end. Better than nothing. Right knee was pretty unhappy for the first half of the run, but loosened up a bit after that. Workout was pretty stunning to witness.
