Comments:
This tempo felt amazing. Dan and Hunter decided we should do it at the plantations instead of the golf course so we could work some on some of the hills. I focused on my arms and it really improved how I ran. Instead of staying with the pack I stayed with Dan for most of the tempo never getting more than 30 meters behind him and running next to him for some of it. I could really feel myself improving a ton throughout the tempo.
