Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
October didn't end the way I wanted it to. I fell short of 100 miles mostly because I did not run the last two days of the month. Instead I was weak and gave into the impulses of fun! I also only ran 4 days this week.
However November is a new month and we are off to the right start. An easy 5 mile run today before work to gear me up for the long run tomorrow.
