Whole team prd today. 8 min overall improvement from last time. Had most improvement on team with 1:38 pr. Pretty crappy race though. Started out at 5:47 pace same as last race. Back started aching. Struggled up hills as back was singeing pain. Finished 8th on team and no longer racing.
