Comments:
I did 6 miles. I ran past Mich's, Bell's, Katie's, and then back home. Didn't try to push and went faster than the day before. I still feel it in my left hip, and right glute.
I then did recovery yoga, stretched and sat on a medicine ball for 20 minutes trying to recovery and strength train some.
