I was exhausted from the trip to Stockton, yesterday so I decided against cross training. Super proud of the girls team performance, and looking forward to the rest of the year. I'm excited to get back and start where I left off. I jumped in the pool with Rachel. We did an easier workout because I knew she felt beat up from the course.
10 minutes warmup
8x1 minute hard with 4 minute medium effort
10 minute cool down
I did abs and pushups later in the room.
