Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran around a 3 mile warm up, then did a mile time trial. I ran pretty consistant splits, and didn't sprint at teh end, and ran a 4:30 mile. I think the splits were 66, 68, 69, 67. then ran a 2 plus mile cool down
