Comments:
2x300m then 20 min tempo then 2x300m. Started out last place, but caught and settled in with nick and Lawrence who were ahead of me. Started falling off at mile 3, but caught back up finishing 10 ft ahead of the last time i ran that tempo. solid owrkout.
