Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Went to gym and got on bike for 50:00 for 15 miles. Then some PT stretching and some light weights upper body. First workout of any kind in 3 weeks. Tore lower stomach muscle again and just trying to rest it and do PT a few times a week. Hoping to heal with rest and PT to avoid surgery number three in it! Felt good to sweat!
