went leg lifting in place of run. had running clothes on and there was clearly significant pain in left foot, not sure what's wrong, feels like a pressure wound, no visible bruising. I might need to take a few days away from running for it to get better. great leg lifting day, built up a good sweat and hit the machines hard. all legs.
