Comments:
Maddie jumped in the pool with me and it was awesome to have some one. We did a short workout but I like it a lot so I'll probably do it again eventually.
She also lifted with me and we did a couple of things
5 minutes warm up
1 minute hard and 1 minute medium effort
2 minutes hard and 2 minutes medium effort
3 minutes hard and 3 minutes medium effort
4 minutes hard and 4 minutes medium effort
5 minute cool down
