Interesting workout today. I did not drink enough prior, and I am still really congested and I pulled a muscle in my rib cage, so I was not expecting much. The first two reps were probably some of the best running I've done all season. I went 4:54 the 4:40. Then I fell apart on the third, ran like 4:55, then I came back and finished with a 4:45. I've never broke 5:00 on a loop before, so that was cool. Don't really know what to think, so I guess I just have to rip it next week in the 5k.
