Weather: cool, 60ish

Comments:
Ran briskly (6:40) to AU after talking too long at the start of practice. Timed short speed workout. As it got very dark, I jumped onto the track to run a mile while the top boys finished up repeat 200s. I ended up running three 200s in a rather unfocused and un-timed way... on the last two I allowed myself to be chased down by the boys. Spent time at the start and end of each interval trying to read my watch in the dark, but it still felt good to get up the toes. Then ran back to school.
