Purple Fence run

November 5, 2014 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I started off running to the right on Mass and decided that over the course of the run, if I passed a side street that looked particularly beautiful (so many gorgeous trees!) or interesting, I'd take that road. So, this run was very zig-zagging. Overall, I ran toward E Cambridge, down to BU Bridge, and back along Soldiers Field Rd. I found a really cool purple fence with lots of writing and paintings on it--including a cow, a cat, and lots of jumbles phrases of poetry.

I felt strangely nervous before this run, worrying that I had lost my running conditioning due to not running last week. I meant to have a steady run but I found myself pushing the pace and just went with it. I felt heavy-legged for the first half and generally tired for the second half. I'm going to try to get a real steady run in tomorrow.

Crunch progression (40sec) after the run.
