Comments:
Run felt pretty good. We ran a mile warmup to the park thats a few blocks behind the friendship heights whole foods (I think?!), did warmups there, and then I peeled off with a group to do a 3 mile run back to school. We cut through somerset and tok the firehouse route (going by mazza) the rest of the way. un felt good, and not too straining.
