cent trail east. hit my dream time on the second. somewhat hard pace but not quite tempo pace. drills afterwards. left foot started hurting again about 3 min into run, just pushed through it the whole time, it was never severe pain but it was noticeable the whole run. no ankle braces. no traffic light stops. 166 lbs
