Comments:
I was tired today after working all day yesterday. I did not run yesterday and I really didn't want to run when I woke up this morning. That is what is going to make the difference, getting out there on the road when I feel tired and lazy. That is the reason why the last few weeks of running have only been 3-4 days a week.
November is starting off great 4/5 days almost 30 miles for the month
