Comments:
did a nice long warmup from my acland and about one loop of fields. did the pickups starting at the start line... felt okay but really hard to do these alone - I know I zoned out a little bit in the middle, but made a pretty good effort on most of them. sort of did the women's 5k/6k course, but couldn't get to the goat hill so I had to modify the route a little bit. cooled down to the track and then back to my apt.
