Comments:
Easy run home from work. It was a tough day and I got a tough day tomorrow as well. I really didn't want to run home but I kept my cool didn't ask anybody for a ride and just did it. That's the important part is just doing it. November has been a strong month but this is just the beginning. The runs have to get longer, I have to run more days per week and then start to add double runs. Most important I have to start making an honest attempt to stop smoking. I have potential to accomplish great things if I could just stop.
But lets not negate what I have done so far in November. I hit 30 miles last week. I have ran 7/9 days and have reached 40 miles on pace for 120. I would like to hit 120 miles this month maybe even a little more. I think it would be interested to hit 40 miles the last two weeks of November than have a taper week or two. I have time to develop a training plan but the first half marathon is approaching fast
