Comments:
8.5 miles all under 7minutes a mile~! Hell Yeah!! I also couldn't find my watch so I set a stop watch and left it at the house. And I had Jake pacing on the bike. It was good run felt very comfortable. Blasted the first 3 hill on the way out to get into some oxegen debt.
