Comments:
Legs were a bit tired going into today so that's pretty much how they felt on the fartlek but it wasn't a hard workout. Felt like a tempo effort with pickups. 4,3,3,2,2,1,1 min on with 2 min easy between the 4's and 3's and 1 min between the 1's and 2's. The offs were still run at a decent pace.
