Comments:
I did warm ups with the kids: Side Lunges, Walking T's, Hug a Knee, Heel Raises, On your heals, Ankle Bounces, Straight Leg kicks, High Knee Butt Kicks, C Skips, and Strides.

Legs felt great after the warm up. First mile was a 7:04, 6:55, 6:35. Didn't really try and push I just ran.

My hip pointer hurt the most it every has. I went to Mark, he gave me some exercises to strengthen my core.
