Long Sprint workout.

2 x Monster 5, 1 x Monster 3. Split 4/1 and 2/1. Target pace 60-65 on the 400, idk if there was one for the 200. Felt terrible after the first lap of the second one, and kind of dizzy in general after the first one so this wasn't a great workout for me. Apparently I wasn't the only one but I still have a lot of work to do with holding on to faster paces.

Splits: 61.9, 13.8, 66.4, 15.7, 30.1, 15.2
