Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Went to gym and stretched real good. Then on bike for 16 miles or 54:20. Felt pretty good and def feeling more flexible with all the stretching and exercises I have been doing. Stomach seems to be doing better but still feel it. Light weights after bike ride and more stretching.
