Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Down mass then right on Clarendon (which had 2 huge gradual hills), R on Boston ave then up University rd until I reached the peak of the hill. Then down College ave to Elm to Russel to Mass and back. It was so good to be getting some solid hills in after so much flat running. I pushed the hills and made sure to keep up a brisk pace until I crested (staying with Anthony's teachings). My shins felt a little sore but overall pretty good.
