Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy 42 minutes with Curtis. Not sure of the mileage but we are going to mark it at 5. I always underestimate these types of runs but this run was pretty slow. The back of my knee hurt all day, felt like a twig breaking when I twisted my leg. I think for the next couple days I should try to shift more weight to my other knee.
