Comments:
Met at Hendrick Stadium for PT. 1SG lets us do whatever we wanted so Joe and I decided to do 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpees with a 400m run in between each set. Total of 2.5 miles and 55 Burpees. Took about 22 minutes. Some of my medics joined in too.
