Comments:
Great run today after taking two days off in a row. It has been the first time this month I have taken consecutive days off but I needed it. The back of my right knee was hurting, so I reluctantly made the decision to sit yesterday. I fell just a little short of my weekly goal of 30 miles but we are right on pace for 120 miles this month. I would like the next two weeks to be a bit heavy on the mileage but a little slower at the pace!
Todays run was a perfect weather and each lap was faster than the one before. I was trying to work on driving and kicking my legs and not trying to over stride.
