Comments:
Weather was good, 54 degrees, little wind, wet though. I wanted to go a little easier because of yesterday's hard run. This was one of the first easy runs I have done in a long time where it has truly felt very easy. I am assuming the weather explains why. It felt very easy and very nice. I felt very good. Very good run. My mile times were 8:04, 7:50, and 7:49.
