Comments:
Super cold and windy. 36 degrees, 15 MPH winds. It was an ok run. I wanted to coast at around 7:30 pace, but I got sucked in to a faster pace. I don't know if I never warmed up, but my legs were kind of hurting a little bit. It was probably just my body letting me know that my legs are still tired from the long run. I should be fine tomorrow though after two short easy runs. Overall decent run with not much to say. Mile times were 7:52, 7:03, 7:10, 7:16, 7:43, and 7:58 pace for last .4 miles.
