Comments:
Did the first mile repeat downhill for the most part down the backside of KB and then back up KB at the end. Hit 4:59 for the first mile. 2:30 off, then ran backwards way and up the back side of towers. 5:32 for that one, had only 2:30 to run 200m downhill to immediately start on a second uphill mile finishing in a 5:38 for the last one. Felt good
